Waiver & Release of Liability I, the undersigned, understand that participation in Leachy Elite Training programs, led by Jalal Leach and his staff, involves physical activity and training that may carry risks, including but not limited to injuries, muscle strains, and other unforeseen incidents. I acknowledge that I am voluntarily participating and assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages that may occur. I understand that Leachy Elite Training, Jalal Leach, and all associated staff members are not responsible for any injuries, medical conditions, or damages resulting from participation in training sessions, whether in-person or remote. Medical Authorization & Insurance Responsibility I confirm that I am in good physical health and have no known medical conditions that would prevent safe participation. I understand that I am responsible for any necessary medical treatment and that Leachy Elite Training does not provide health or accident insurance. Acknowledgment & Digital Signature By signing below, I acknowledge that I have read and understand this waiver, and I agree to its terms. I release and hold harmless Leachy Elite Training, Jalal Leach, and all staff members from any liability arising from my participation in training sessions.
